M: The students will complete the English IV Universal Screener and make a one-page journal entry.
T & W: The students read the biographical sketch of William Wordsworth, pages 776 – 778 and be introduced to the unit vocabulary on page 779. The students will read “Tintern Abbey,” pgs. 781 – 785, “The World is Too Much With Us,” pg. 790, and “Composed Upon Westminster Bridge,” handout.
Th: The students will complete Critical Reading questions 1 – 3, page 785, and Grammar & Style Lesson # 194.
F:The students will read and complete Elizabeth McCracken’s contemporary commentary on pages 756 – 757 introducing Frankenstein by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley. WB pg. 183
